Tentopia is a small nature stay with limited accommodation. To ensure fairness for both guests and hosts, we follow a simple cancellation policy.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after personal confirmation on WhatsApp. An advance payment may be requested to block your dates.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in may be adjusted for a future stay, subject to availability.
• Cancellations within 2 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Weather & Unforeseen Situations

In case of extreme weather or unavoidable situations, we’ll try our best to accommodate date changes depending on availability.

As Tentopia hosts only a few guests at a time, late cancellations directly affect us. We appreciate your understanding.
